Fredrik has worked for 11 years at Statoil’s Norwegian oil and gas facilities in various management positions, including foreman, quality controller, and department head.

For the last 6 years, he served as the operations manager offshore at the prestigious Oseberg Field Center in the North Sea.

There, he operated and managed in an incredibly challenging risk environment, with A-Standard® as the guiding pattern.

Although he has been on land for several years now, he utilizes his experiences to drive A-Standard® business development, aiming to provide his clients with the toolbox they need to manage dynamic risk environments.
